Monarc Hotel Tirana, Tirana

Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the lobby to the rooftop restaurant offered a nice atmosphere to relax. However, for those wanting a late morning without disturbances, requesting mountain view rooms could be preferable.

I couldn't get rid of the musty smell in the room despite using air freshener, but the jacuzzi was deluxe. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with all our needs. The location is superb, right across from the new mosque and close to all the city sights, although a bit far from the main street. The individually cooked breakfast was excellent, but could have been better for a four-star hotel.

The service was exceptional, with staff genuinely caring about guest satisfaction. The location was convenient for exploring the city center, with easy access to major sights and shops.
